Step One: Click on the appropriate link below to find an open date and time on the master schedule located at Idaho Sports et.

Facility Schedule on Sports Net

When you go to Sports Net above, it will automatically show a 2-day schedule for CHS. To see more, you just click on week or month and that page gives you a scroll bar to check whatever you want for the full year on monthly or weekly calendars.

Step Two: Return to this browser window and click on the appropriate form below. When you have finished filling out the form simply click the print button and turn in the completed form to Jon Watson.
