Conclusion

There are a lot of things to keep in mind when you either find out your are pregnant, unexpectedly, or when you are planning to add to your family.  What things are necessary and what are just suggested?  Are we going to breast feed or bottle feed?  Is there going to be daycare involved or is one of the parents going to stay at home with the baby, if so which one?  Is there enough space in our home for the baby or do we need to move before or shortly after it is born?  Do we want to know the gender before hand or do we want it to be a surprise and buy gender-neutral clothing and accessories?  Is there a name we can both agree on?  Do you want to have a natural birth or anesthesia?  What kind of a budget do we need to look at having, and where can we cut back?  Are we emotionally, physically, and financially ready for this occasion/change in our life?

Whether or not you can answer these questions now is not the point of this project.  It is my hope that when the time does come for you and your spouse that you will be aware of all of the necessary things that have to happen to be completely prepared when the time comes to have a special addition to your little family!
