2012-2013 Sophomore Class NotesSophomore VP:
|
Congratulations to the class of 2014, for the progress you have made while here at Centennial. As sophomores you are now well indoctrinated into the Centennial Community, and as such, you have now established yourselves as future leaders of our school.
In your new role as veterans at Centennial High School, I hope you will remember how it felt to be an incoming freshman, and will guide our newest incoming class in the ways of a Patriot. Centennial High has a proud tradition of excellence in academics, activities, and athletics. I am certain you will continue to promote that legacy, so that those who follow will take pride in the traditions that you have established and maintained while here at CHS.
As you embark on a new school year please be cognizant of the attendance and tardy policies. Remember that you only have three absences in each class, and after that you must bring a note from a doctor, dentist, orthodontist, or court. Failure to do so may result in loss of credit for your classes. If you are tardy you must check in at the security office and obtain a pass to class. Tardy students must serve lunch detention in order to prevent loss of credit for uncorrected tardiness.
As your Assistant Principal I am available to assist you with other situations that may arise. Please don't hesitate to request an appointment if I can be of assistance to you. I take great pride in having the opportunity to work with you.
Looking forward to a great Year!
Sincerely,
Mr. Haener
